What is the process for making cotton material? - 1. Cotten Harvesting: The process starts with the cotton balls being plucked after 5 months of growing. 2. Ginning and Cleaning: With ginning the seeds are separated from the cotton fibres. The cotton is then cleaned and made ready for making into yarn. 3.
