Drayton Manor is a theme park. It is a place with plenty rides, such as
roller coasters, chairlift and much more. Not only has the rides
Drayton Manor also has also a Zoo with animals from all over the
world. It is a private limited company held by a small business entity
and it was opened in 1950 by the Bryan Family.
Many businesses set out their overall purpose in the form of a mission
statement. Drayton Manor mission statement is “To create fun family
memories.”
Location and the weather are an essential part to the success of
Drayton Manor so that it will be accessible to the customers. In 2014,
Drayton Manor didn’t achieve the number of guests due to the bad
weather. Drayton Manor has a good location it is central to all UK so it
attracts over 1 million customers every year.
The new ride that it will be introduced in Drayton Manor it is called
Ydodge. YDodge it is basically a dodgem that works in the water, a
small electrical powered mini car that it is used with the purpose to
crash other kinds of mini car as much as possible in the water. The
ride there will be 15 mini cars available in a square area it will also
have a machine that will provide small waves so that it will be more
enjoyable and challenging to the customers while playing. Besides
that, customers will have the opportunity to hear vibrant music along
with a camera recording their ride so that they will be able to show
and remember the experience. Another USP is that the water dogmens
are in a form of a balloon while YDodge is the real dodgem on water.
The target market for this ride will be teenagers, couples and children
above 12 years because the ride could be too fast and under that age
will not be able to go along with it. The target market will be for those
groups because the ride just want will let them be together to have fun
and create memories with it.

potential customers know in this case what the ride Ydodge is all
