MARGINAL PROPENSITIES

MARGINAL PROPENSITY TO CONSUME (MPC):

MPC = Change in Consumption ÷ Change in Income

= ∆C ÷ ∆Y

MARGINAL PROPENSITY TO SAVING (MPS):

MPS = Change in Savings ÷ Change in Income

= ∆S ÷ ∆Y
