This document includes detailed notes on the BACP's 'Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions', as well as how to implement this framework into your counselling practice. It covers the meaning of discrimination and how this applies to counselling, as well as anti-discriminatory practice and the UK legislation that underpins this; the Human Rights Act 1998 and Equality Act 2010. It also illustrates how counsellors should address difference and diversity when practising counselling skills. These notes include everything you need to pass Unit 3 of the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills.
