The internet has open a wide range of opportunities for the customers as well as the
business like eBay and the internet have increased the sales figures of eBay and for the
customers they have access to the businesses at all the times because the business have
provided the website for their customers where they can buy and sell online and also the
website is also very easy to be navigated around and eBay have also made sure they it is
very easy and comfortable for their customers to use the website and also eBay have used
internet in order to send emails to customers which means that when the email will be
received by the customers the customer will think that they care for the customer and the
customers will keep in relation with eBay. Also eBay used to send the text messages to the
customers in order to send them special offers or to keep them updated. And now it has
even made easier for the business because they have made an app that the customers can
use to buy and sell online and also it is very easy to buy and sell online with the app, and this
might also make the customer think that eBay care about their customers and they are
making the very easiest way to buy and sell which will make the customer make the relation
with the eBay and stay with the business rather than switching.

eBay has provided a greater availability to its customers because the shop and the other
business are open until 8pm and nearly all the business will close at that time however by
the use of the internet the business will never close, and it is available 24/7 which will also
make the sales figures for eBay go up because as it is available 24 hours there will be more
customers and as a result more people will buy and sell make the sales figures for eBay go
up. Also the website of eBay lets the customers to break down the result for example it
allows the customers to sort the result by the lowest price first and buying format. This is a
good availability for the business because it allows them to get the cheapest and the best
product that they are looking for. There is also a greater availability of the products that the

Place – the place for eBay, there is not physical place for eBay, by the use of internet it is all
done online because there are not any shops where the people can go and buy and sell
products as it will also be hard and also will have to pay the rent for the premises so it is all
done online which is good because it always the customers to sit home and buy product as
the customers will not have to go anywhere to buy the product and the product will be post
to their door. This will also allow the customers the time and money. So there are not any
shops for eBay and it’s all the buying and selling are done online.
Price – the price of the product of eBay is also not very high because it does not have any
transport cost for the example from the manufacturing company the products should be at
the store which will cost money to get to the store so that eBay will not have to pay that
cost because it is directly diverted to the customer’s home and also the postage is paid by
