1. As a physical educator, my high-level objectives for developing a physical education program
are to foster the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of my students through the
promotion of healthy habits and active lifestyles. I believe that physical education is not just
about teaching students how to play sports or compete in physical activities, but rather about
creating a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel comfortable and motivated to
participate in physical activity.



One of my primary goals is to help students develop an appreciation for physical activity and
understand the role that it plays in overall health and well-being. To achieve this, I would look to
create a curriculum that is both engaging and challenging, incorporating a wide range of
activities that cater to the needs and interests of all students.



Another key objective of my program would be to promote the development of important life
skills, such as teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. I believe that physical activity
provides an ideal platform for students to learn these skills, as it requires cooperation,
communication, and resilience.



Finally, I would aim to create a program that is sustainable and inclusive, meaning it can be
maintained over the long term and that all students have the opportunity to participate
regardless of their skill level or background. By creating a program that is both fun and
accessible, I believe we can help to promote healthy habits and active lifestyles that will benefit
students throughout their lives.
