You get two attempts per year
1. Test period 3 in one of the two test weeks at the end of term 3
2. Test period 4 in the second test week at the end of term 4
1 summative test after two terms of classes
Component 1: active transcription 50 points
- 5 sentences read out loud which must be put in transcription
- Proctoring via laptop/tablet + headphones (bring your own)
Component 2: multiple choice question about the Theory Reader 100 points
- There will be a separate answer sheet to write down your answers
- All questions are based on RP English
70% = sufficient
70% = 105 points
