working as a data capture for Transformation Information (Pty) Ltd, for the past 8 years.
When he was interviewed for the post, he never revealed his medical condition. Phil is
Tshepo’s line manager. Tshepo is stung by a bee at work and is required to take a
penicillin injection. Tshepo informs Phil that he cannot be given the penicillin injection as
he is diabetic. Phil is furious and informs Tshepo that it was unethical for him to have
withheld his medical condition during his interview. Phil proceeds to dismiss Tshepo
immediately and calls security to remove Tshepo from the premises.
