At Lillidays, there are three main factors effecting the business. Are these factors internal or external, and why? - Internal, they are all happening within the business. Therefore they can be changed. By retraining and upskilling staff, what effect will this have on Lillidays? - It will allow the employees to cover all areas. This means when tasks need covering all staff will be able to do so. Not only this but it means the business will save money as they don't need to employ new staff. (Especially in offseason).
