Human Computer Interaction: PACT
framework:

What is user experience (UX)?
it encompasses all the feelings,thoughts,sensations and actions of engaging in an activity
(e.g having a restaurant meal , shopping…)

Focus on UX related to developing high quality interactive systems (=devices, products,
services and software primarly concerned with interactively processing information
content ⇒ they deal with transformation,display,storage and transmission of content that
people can perceive (e.g smartphone with multi touch inputs and sensors enabling
