, Foreword
In the third semester of year 3, the course 'Customer Behaviour' is taught over a period of 6 weeks.
Marketing topics are explained during these weekly sessions. it is the student's job to apply these
topics to the chosen brand and product. These subjects ultimately form the portfolio that must be
hand in on 26 March. The assessment of the consumer behaviour test consists of 2 parts: portfolio
(75% of the grade) and the consultancy assignment (25% of the grade).
This portfolio is divided as follows: the introduction of the chosen brand and product will be
explained in chapter 1. The second chapter '' Reflection on buying process and impact of micro and
macro factors'' consists of 6 sub-chapters. In the last chapter ''Evaluation and advice’’, experience
marketing and future trends & neuromarketing are explained.
