types of events of differing sizes and the reasons for their success. It will include an
individual detailed event proposal explaining the chosen event idea, its purpose and
feasibility. The reasons for the choice will be given and accession feasibility of the
event proposal will be provided. The appropriate planning tools will be used when
presenting a plan. Evaluation and justification of plan, the planning tools will be used,
and the budget and risk, making any required contingency adjustments.The
individual detailed plan will include an analysis of the key factors.
Stages of Events that Determine Common Success Factors
There are many different events when it comes to type and size of an event. For
example business events which can be a product launch, press conference or even
team building. Sport and recreation events for example Olympics or sport
tournaments and matches. Entertainment events for example music festivals,
concerts or plays. Lastly social enterprise events such as charity sponsored walks or
guided cycling. Amongst different types of events all of these have similar
characteristics and factors which are making an event successful. Each event must
have the proper venue, stated aims and objectives, perfect location, legal
requirements and correct insurance. All of the key factors mentioned above will lead
to the successful event.
