19TH CENTURY

The period from 1801 to 1900, this time period is when astonished developments
emerged. The transportation, construction, and communication technologies in
Europe. So many people moved from the countries, villages and rural areas to the
cities for work and live. As people moved to the cities Buildings had to be built so that
people can live and be closer to work. Because there were factories that people
worked at. The first-purpose-built a railway line that opened between Manchester
and Liverpool in 1830, that moved by steam engine which existed since the early 18 th
century. Telegraphy also developed into a practical technology to help run railways
safely. Other technologies were explored for the first time, including the incandescent
light bulb. Machine tools used by engineers to manufacture other machines began in
the first decade of the century. Steam ships were eventually completely ironclad, and
played a role in the opening of Japan and china to trade with the west. At the end of
the 19th century, the rapid development of chemical, electrical, petroleum and steel
technologies was linked to highly structured technology research

20TH CENTURY

Began with the first World war 1914 and ended seventy-five years later with the
collapse of the soviet empire in 1989.

In this century technology started being used a lot, and technological developments
continued even more. As communication technology, transportation technology,
broad teaching and the implementation of scientific methods came to the fore. In this
century things are digital the technology developed in the 19th century was becoming
even more bigger and better. Morden science and technology was helping things
become easy to use and invented. Electronic were introduced, Radio, radar, and
early sound recording were technologies that paved the way for the telephones, fax
machines and magnetic storage data. The radios we use now and listen to were
developed in the 20th century. This make education and living in general easier.
Rocketry transportation was another milestone in the 20th century. The use of
technology started in this timeline century as they were trying to evolve from the
