Introduction
My name is Rahel Akram. In collaboration with a group of my peers, I've been asked to
come up with an idea for a significant event that we can put on and manage. This may take
place at my school or in my neighbourhood. In order to prepare a complete feasibility plan
for a business or social event of my choice, I must conduct extensive study on a range of

online auction is an auction held on the internet. Most online auctions follow the same
rules. A product is offered for sale by a seller, and the winning bidder in an online auction is
the one who bids the highest price. In order to achieve the best price for a product or
service, auctions are a wonderful approach to generate interest in the product or service.
For example, I could sell antique items such as an antique piano in an auction. This will spark
the interests of people such as pianists or collectors. In order to set up this online auction, I
must need a website in order to host it on. The website I would choose is eBay. Due to its
,popularity, eBay has become one of the most popular places to purchase and sell goods on
the internet. Statistics show that the website's concept has propelled it to the pinnacles of
online retail success. So I would use eBay in order to host my auction. As mentioned before,
I would sell antique items such as an antique piano and this would target collectors and
antique fanatics. I believe this event would be successful as I would give a portion of the
money I receive to charity.
Fashion Show
With this event, this will consist of some Year 12 & 13 students dressing in their best fashion
clothing and presenting it to the audience, similar to a runway walk. The event will target
Year 12’s and Year 13’s as they are free majority of the times. The event will have an entry
fee of £2 for those watching as well as those participating. There will be 4 students as judges
who will score each contestant with rating of 1-5. The contestant with the highest ranking
will be chosen as the winner in which they will also receive a prize of a £10 voucher. All
money raised in the event will be donated to charity. Event attendance will increase if there
is an incentive to win and a good time to be had by everybody in attendance, which will
increase the event's overall success.

Various students will participate in a competition to see who can correctly answer the most
questions in an online quiz. To keep things interesting, the questions will include both trivia
and a few tricks. Kahoot is a well-known platform that offers a plethora of options for both
fun and learning. Created by the platform's users, it provides a tough atmosphere that
encourages individuals to learn new things. Students in Year 12 and 13 will be the primary
audience for this event, since they are the most likely to be available at the time of its
holding. With so many more people taking part, we can raise even more money for charity.
Participants will be required to pay an admission fee of £2, with the money going to charity.
The charity that we have chosen to donate to is the British Red Cross. The price of the event
will be directly related to its success. As previously stated, the quiz will cost £2 per person,
with all proceeds benefiting a charitable organisation.

The primary event will be a FIFA tournament in which participants compete against each
other for a cash prize, however there will be other activities inside one activity. People who
aren't participating in the FIFA competition will be able to play table tennis and board games
at this event, as well as purchase food and beverages for a fee. One of the group members
will run the quiz, which will be open to everyone to participate in as well. In addition, there
will be a reward for the game's winner. By collecting a £2 entry charge for anyone attending
this event so we can increase the amount of money that we can donate to charity. We've
decided to contribute 100% of our proceeds to cancer research as our chosen charity. Many
people are interested in watching a FIFA tournament, which explains the event's popularity.

Explain The Chosen Event Idea, Including Reasons for Choice
As a result of our group's careful evaluation of the event concepts, we have determined that
the FIFA tournament will be the most beneficial. We selected this event because it is sure to
draw a huge crowd due to the variety of activities available. The food will draw in a lot of
people since they will be able to buy cakes and sweets at a low price while playing FIFA.
Playing music that makes people happy and energising is also a big part of our success,
because music keeps people busy and involved. They will be able to control the music that is
played by proposing songs to the host and then playing the song that the host requests. For
this reason, we picked this event above the others, since we believe we will be able to
attract a larger audience than in any previous year. Consequently, we are able to generate
additional revenue for charitable giving. People attending the event should expect to have a
nice time and relieve stress from their upcoming examinations as the primary goal of the
event. People may meet one other and have a good time while contending for a cash
