Executive summary
This report examines the transition phase of customers from a brick smartphone to a
foldable smartphone. Smartphones have been expanding over time, because of the change
in consumer needs and this is why foldable smartphones were created, for which they are
compact in size with a large display. Apple is aiming to perfect the foldable smartphone
technology and design on the current market. Secondary data analysis has shown that
numerical preciseness should be used in the specifications of the iPhone 14 Flip. A
conducted survey, related to this report has been conveyed to come across any new
information about consumer obstacles based on foldable smartphones. Based on his survey,
it can be concluded that consumers have a preference for devices with a unique and
fashionable design. It is advised to run campaigns to change perspectives on the
vulnerability of the device and to set up test locations.
