where customers can purchase or ask about any further information and sales
staff can provide them with the suitable answer also the sale staffs go out their
way after purchasing a product from there to ask for improvement in within the
makeup products like for example if the foundation or concealer is too dry and
I want it to be hydrated on my skin or I can also ask the sales staff to make
more shades as I am really satisfied but with the opportunity of having a range
of shades will attract more customers by the product.

Also, the sales staff give information to the customers about the product. They
must communicate in a way that the customer will understand. a person
selling makeup should know how to apply makeup and have some sort of
experience with makeup and what skin tone and skin type with this be suitable
or would it be effective for them, also they should know the ingredients if its a
negative chemical this wouldn’t sit right for customers because it can harm

, their sin which leads to dissatisfied and complaints, also the ingredients are
the main important when a sales customers offer it for a customer because the
ingredients need to be appropriate and wot do no damage.

In addition to this customers within the business may have many questions
including questions about the makeup product itself, the range of products
offered, the shop’s opening hours, the company’s policy on exchanging goods
and whether hudabeauty sells online this is something a sales staff would deal
with in their routine enquiries. The sales staff in Hudabeauty represent the
business and product. They are often the first person the customer comes into
contact with when they see the product, whether it’s the foundation, lipstick,
concealer, translucent powder, skincare or perfume. Many customers judge
the product on their impression of the sales staff. sales staff must make a
good impression by dressing and behaving appropriately and by being
informative if a customer wants more information about the makeup products
or skincare or even how to apply each product on the skin.

The knowledge the sales staff should know is they must know about a product
and how it works to match the customer with the appropriate products for
example that can be foundation skin test when the customers can go to into
the actual store and ask a sale staff to test what shade suits them the best the
sales staff should know how this is done. sales staff should know the
following:
● Stock availability-to know when the makeup, skincare or perfume is
available and when out-of-stock items will become available

● Price information-the prices of the products and how these compare
with other available products

● Store information-location of products in the shop and the
delivery/collection arrangements

● Product care-they should also provide information like how to look after
the product and the skin whilst applying the makeup with the skincare
they offer in Hudabeauty also such as refunds, warranties, servicing and
repairs

● Key information-they also need to know how to demonstrate how the
product works on the skin whilst having different skin types e.g. dry skin,
oily skin and combination skin what works best for the customer they
