Standard operation procedure (SOP) An SOP is a procedure
specific to your operation that describes the activities necessary to
complete tasks in accordance with industry regulations, provincial
laws or even just your ow standards for running your business
Process control a system of activities with the aim to maintain the performance of the process at
the level that remains within customer specifications and at the same time has as its starting point
continuous improvement of the process

Interpret control charts
- Out of control situation
o 1 point outside the 3 sigma limits
o A trend of 8 point in an upward or downward direction
o 8 consecutive points on one side of the centre line
o 4 or 5 consecutive points beyond 1 sigma limits
o 2 or 3 consecutive points beyond 2 sigma limits
