Mission statement:
Our mission is to deliver the utmost quality clinical care to uphold the health and well-being
of every resident. We will provide access to amenities and activities, and foster relationships
that encourage fulfilling and rewarding life experiences for our residents.
Vision statement:
Our vision is to be a top care provider within the community and to provide the best
living experience possible to ensure residents and families have peace of mind.
Value statement:
, Our value is in the way we respect each resident’s dignity, personal beliefs, desire to have
a purpose and protect their rights.
The execution of a strategy
One step to execution is to ensure proper training for each new and current
employee of our nursing home using internal and external training. Employees
should be trained specifically on elder/dementia capable care, meeting the clinical
needs of
residents, and of keeping the mission statement in mind as it furthers our demonstration
