Minimum age for chauffeur's license -

** 18



Type B, C, D chauffeur's license -

** Given to those employed by a company for the purpose of driving and receive compensation.



Type B classification -

** Single vehicle 2-5-10 and over 10 tons.



Type C license -

** Operate 10 tons and over



Type D license -

** Operate buses of a carrying capacity of any number of people.



Lights and reflectors -

** Three Amber clearance lamps in the front of top center, two red clearance lamps one on each
side of the rear, three red clearance lamps in the rear top Center, two rear red reflectors, one red
reflector at rear side of vehicle, one Amber reflector in middle of vehicle, one Amber reflector at
front side of vehicle.



Lights and reflectors, on schoolbuses shall have -

** 2, 7 inch red lights in front and two red lights in rear to be used when loading, unloading pupils



Service breaks must be -

** Adequate to control movement of it and to stop and hold The vehicle under all conditions of
loading and on any grade incident to its operation
