- Artrose: inspectie, palpatie, actief, passief bewegingsonderzoek
o Bewegingsonderzoek unilateraal (DD spier – gewricht)
o Bewegingsonderzoek bilateraal (bewegingsboog)
o geen weerstandstest => bewegingen sowieso al pijnlijk + geen diagnostische
meerwaarde
- Tendinopathie = overbelaste spieren: inspectie, palpatie, actief, passief, weerstandstest specifiek
o Alles testen
o Passief onderzoek nl
- Neurogeen: schietend/uitstralend, teken Tinel
- Geen passief onderzoek als actief normaal is
EXAMEN:
- Anamnese krijg je
- Vraag aan pt: waar heb je pijn? + laat hem het aantonen
- DD maken
- Relevante onderzoeken geven + voorstellen
o Inspectie altijd – warmte, roodheid, zwelling
o Palpatie altijd
o Actief bewegingsonderzoek -> contractiel + niet-contractiel
o Passief bewegingsonderzoek -> niet-contractiel
o Weerstandstesten -> contractiel
- Alles bilateraal behalve specifieke testen
DD
- Chronische cortico -> denk osteoporose -> fractuur
- Passief normaal => meestal gezond gewricht, tendinopathie
- Hydrops => ligamentletsel of inflammatoir
