A Five-Year Career Plan
Plan Period: From 2019 To 2024
My Current Position: Student studying business Btec level 3
My Long-Term Goal: Own a global business

Intermediate Steps Over the Next Five Years to Reach My Goal (including Short-
term and Medium-Term goals)
SHORT-TERM GOALS
Aim to meet deadlines and producing a high quality of work in college and
Year One aim for at least MMM. During this year I will be looking into different steps
I can do after college such as university or an apprenticeship. I will apply
to universities using UCAS. I will also apply for a student finance once I
have confirmed which university I will be going to.
In year 2 I will be at university and aim to complete all work given to me
Year Two and hand it in on time. I will attend all lessons and ensure that my
attendance stays at minimum 95%. I will leave my house earlier to make
sure that punctuality is also good. I already have a car therefore I would
not need to rely on the bus times.
Look into more specific business subjects to study/ focus more on at
university.
