at a neighbouring school. How wouln you know whether the school is an integraten school or not?

democratc society and support its future gro th. When learners are segregated and
separatedg levels of fear and mistrust are built and learners do not learn to respect each
other or diversity. This can lead to aggression and violence due to misunderstanding. There
is also value in orking together. People from diferent backgrounds have diferent ideas
and bring diferent elements to any project. Learners need to ackno ledge the value and
the beneft in orking ith other people and see ho e can all ork together in society to
make it a beter place. Learners ho are victms of racism also learn to feel inferiorg and
develop other psychological problems hich makes them less likely to succeed in the future
and lead to an unhealthy adulthood. This can be avoided.
