Is the tx plan concise, well-organized, and easily interpreted? ***Each plan is scored out of 5 total points and an average scrore of 3 is required for passing ***Critical errors result in failure regardless of the score and are considered to be anything that is likely to cause life-threatening harm or severe morbidity resulting in hospitalization.
