‘features’ do these projects have in common?
>> To organize my “sweet 18”. Planning because first I think what I want then I do it
and finally how I will doing it.
>> Preparing for my exams. Planning because first I get my schedule then I set up my
planning and finally I have the deadlines.
1.2 How to define a project
Project features (niet vanbuiten kennen maar je krijgt er 1 & uitleggen)
1. Temporary (=tijdelijk)
a. Clear starting point (start-up or kick-off)
b. Finishing date needs to be set
2. Unique and clearly defined goal
a. The project's outcome is the end product also called the predetermined project
result. This could be a variety of things ( bv: new machine, building,..)
3. Sponsor who has commissioned the project
a. Sponsor = the one who had the idea for the project and makes important
decisions.
b. No commercial sponsor who gives money to a company (football organization) in

5. Project members with different expertise
a. Consists of people from various fields of expertise working together as a
temporary team. The members of the project may come from various parts of the
organization and have their own particular skills.
6. Own organizational set-up
