a shopping mall or business establishment where the
child is in care for no more than a 4-hour period and the
parent remains on the premises of the business at all
times.
7. Evening Child
Care
, child care provided during the evening hours and may
encompass the hours of 6 pm to 7 am to accommodate
parents who work late night shifts.
Access During the child care program's operational hour and
the times the children are in care, the program must
allow parents, guardians and the licensing authority
access to the program.
