sell access to the Documents; (e) use the Documents to violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations; or (f) use the
Documents in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair this Service.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CREATORS OF THIS SERVICE DO NOT
WARRANT THAT THE DOCUMENTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE
SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND

5. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE CREATORS OF THIS SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,

agents, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of

7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use
the Documents and this Service. The creators of this Service may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if they
determine, in their sole discretion, that you have breached any term or condition of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creators of
this Service reside. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by
binding arbitration conducted in the jurisdiction in which the creators of this Service reside, in accordance
