Business Proces Management = een verzameling van methodes en tools voor het
identificeren, ontdekken, analyseren, optimaliseren, stimuleren, implementeren en
continu observeren van processen, die de wensen van de klant afstemmen op de
beschikbare middelen en op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- STAP 1: Identificeren: benoemen en ordenen alle kernprocessen
- STAP 2: Ontdekken: tekenen proces obv beschikbare informatie
- STAP 3: Analyseren: onderzoeken op tekorten en bottlenecks
- STAP 4: Optimaliseren: ontwerpen van ideaal model
- STAP 5: Simuleren: controle haalbaarheid via nabootsen geoptimaliseerd proces
- STAP 6: Implementeren: geoptimaliseerd proces in werking zetten
