- Interpersonal: we see that we need people, that we need healing
relationships. We need someone who can positively influence us.
Sometimes you lose people because you choose “healing relationships”.
You have to support each other, adress each other and resolve conflicts.
Healing organizations: the organizations where human contact, personal
development is a priority! Make employees feel good, grow and support so
that employees generate profit. How can you as an organization serve the
people and not the organization? It is about a company’s vision of working.
As a hospital, you ensure that the nurses take their breaks on time, feel
