Los gestort in een ruim valt onder IGC (gassen in bulk), IBC (chemicaliën in
bulk), IMSBC (vaste stoffen).

Gevarengoed dat verboden is om te vervoeren zonder manipulatie van de stof
(zoekterm: dangerous goods forbidden from transport)
- In de DGL (kolom 6): Special provision 900 = verboden om te
transporteren
Chapter 1.3 Training
Training (zoekterm: Training of shore side personnel)
- Op basis van welke functie je uitvoert in het transport van gevaarlijke
goederen, moet je training volgen van bepaalde onderdelen van de IMDG-
code, voor ons is functie 5 preparing transport documents, vereist.
- Na opleiding is het je eigen verantwoordelijkheid om die kennis op te
frissen over de tijd
- Personeel dat nog geen opleiding heeft gehad werkt steeds onder
supervisie van getraind personeel
- De relevante autoriteit mag een audit uitvoeren op bedrijven om de
effectiviteit van het trainings- en opfrissingssysteem te beoordelen.
Chapter 1.4 Security Provisions
Training (zoals in 1.3) moet ook veiligheidsbewustzijn betreffen (zoekterm:
general provisions for shore side personnel )
- De aard van veiligheidsrisico’s
- Veiligheidsrisico’s herkennen
- Methodes om risico’s in te schatten en aan te pakken
- Acties om te ondernemen in geval van een veiligheidslek
- Bewustzijn van veiligheidsplannen
High security risks (zoekterm: provisions for high consequence dangerous
goods)
- Ontplofbare producten en voorwerpen
- Giftige gassen en zeer giftige producten
- Licht ontvlambare vloeistoffen of gassen in tanks
- Ammoniumnitraat – meststoffen
- Radioactieve stoffen met uitzondering van UN-nummers 2908, 2909, 2910,
2911, 2912 en 2913)
2908 = Empty packaging = lege transportverpakking dus geen gevaar
