1. Please provide a brief overview of the case. This case was about Audio Advice and the company making the transition to selling their products online. They faced several challenges and weren’t exactly sure how they should brand themselves. Some of the issues were employees being concerned about commission their being lost and jobs being cut. Another issue was that their target market was over 55 years of age and would possibly be hesitant to online purchases. Audio Advice used Amazon Market Place FBA (fulfilled by amazon) to help them gain experience online and build a strong reputation. In the end one of the biggest questions was if the company should or should not-brand.
