Hell is one place that nobody wants to go but with the kind of lifestyles we live, the
kind of music we listen to and the behaviour we all want to portrait ,we will go there.
Musicians are singing about the devil as if he is the mighty and all powerful. They are
worshipping him with their music which makes people think that it is a great thing to
do. That changes how children or fans of those musician to think that in hell is a
wonderful place that many should be excited about. There are a lot of myths that
come along with hell .Some people find themselves believing in hell but not in
God .The bible has given us many reasons why we should not choose hell over God,
but we still choose sin or heaven. God gave everyone a chance to choose whether
they want to go to heaven or hell. The creation of hell was never meant for people
rather the devil but due to our failure to obey what the bible tells us and letting the
devil’s angels deceive us ,we shall face the harsh punishment from God .
1.Hell belongs to Devil or Satan.
This is one misconception that people have about hell. They believe that hell is a
place or a kingdom that is owned by the devil. What people fail to understand is that
God created Hell for the devil and his angels to go there .It is an eternal place where
the devil will suffer for eternity with all his followers. People are made to believe that
the devil owns earth, and he rules it .It is believed that he gives people positions and
orders about what they should do when they are there. If hell was a kingdom to the
devil ,then his angels would not be so scared of going there because that is where
they will rule.
2.There will be parties in hell.
People believe that in hell there will be happiness ,music and dancing .This is
brought up by those who do not understand that hell is not a place of having fun and
it was never created for those who go there to rejoice but rather to suffer. Hell is
about pain and suffering for the bad choice people made. You choose to follow the
devil and you believed in all lies he have been feeding you ,so you will suffer in hell
as you were having fun on earth along with your master. .The bible explain that hell
is a place where those who are sent there will not have connection with God but

, rather suffer for eternity(Matthew 22:2-13 ). Heaven on other hand is a place where
there will be happiness and partying according to the bible( Luke 15:7).

does exist and it is not a place where people can drive cars or work but rather a
flammable place that burns without a break (Revelation 19:21) ,the bible in
Revelation prophesied of how the false prophet and the beast will be thrown in the
lake of fire which is hell. According to the scriptures of the Bible ,Jesus teaches that
hell was created and that it was purely made for the devil and his angels(Matthew
25:41)

20:10) .The only power he had was on earth as he was able to make people turn
against God and hate his son Jesus Christ. God controls both hell and
heaven ,because the two were created by him .Hell is a place he created for the
devil, those who did not believe in Christ and his angles ,and heaven was created for
those who believed in Christ and God. God is the creator of all things that exist but
sin .Foe sin to come to an end ,the devil must be locked away so that people will
obey the law and follow in the footsteps which will lead them to eternal life. So, hell
was created so that the sinner and the devil will be imprisoned there ,for the sake of
peace .

people from God and God hate sin. Jesus was sent to die for our sins so that we can
see heaven and that will only happen when we accept Jesus as our Lord and
saviour. In Jesus Christ ,our sins are forgiven ( John 3:16).We should also remember
that hell was never created for people, but people choose hell over heaven.
