Configure the left and right-hand This configuration change does not affect the computer, as this helps

to whatever need and be able to store files and keep organised.
Set power saving options Changing this configuration allows the computer to be affected and
will affect performance as it won’t perform as fast as it originally
would, this is because less power is being used meaning the pc has
less energy meaning it will perform every task as normal but slower
to conserve energy and battery life. But it affects for a positive way
because it lets the computer last for more longer and lets your
complete tasks. By knowing this this will help the students know
how to preserve battery life and set power saving settings. This is
useful for students as they may go out somewhere to complete work
and may not have charge
Change the monitor screen Changing the monitor screen resolution does affect the performance
resolution as the bigger the screen resolution the more pixels the screen will be
using meaning it will make the computer work slower as its going to
process more, the more processing meaning slower. It is appropriate
for user as they may want it in bigger size to suit their preference as
this may help them to see
Set up a suitable desktop theme This affects performance of the pc as different desktop themes are
for the computer club members designed to fit for the audience, some desktop theme may conserve
more battery life as it may be animation this also meaning that the
computer will need to process more so that the desktop theme
changes meaning it affects the performance as the more the pc is
processing the slower it will become and start to lag. This is
appropriate for user as he/she may like to choose a suitable font for
their desktop to their likings, and preference.
Set the font size for reading from By changing the font size, it will not change how the pc performs,

size only. This will also help the student’s preference if he/she would
