Section One: Measurable Annual Goals
1) Annual goals describe what a student with a disability can reasonably be expected to
accomplish within a specified month period. They are skills and/or knowledge to be
mastered, not activities. (Q 1.1)

functional in structure while the current approach is academic.

cooperate with either goal.

academic language when writing and reading, which is familiar to either goal.
