1. External stakeholders
= Somebody or a group of people who has a direct interest in some way or another in
what the company does and the other way around is also influencing the company.
Concept
Two-way traffic
Internal (within the organization) and external (outside the organization)
Stakeholder is not the same as shareholder
A shareholder is a stakeholder but not every stakeholder is a shareholder
