Nonresident (definition) Ans: — means a person who does not fall
within the definition of a resident
Apprentice Hunter License Ans: — available to anyone 16 or older
who has never held a hunting license. Can get this license 5 times
max. Must hunt in the presence of a licensed hunter over 18 yrs
old.
GHL - Unlawful Conduct Ans: — the hunting, possession,
transporting of any species of wild animal or bird (or parts
thereof) that does not have an open hunting season. It is also
unlawful to take, possess or needlessly destroy the nest or eggs of
any wild bird.
