Reflection on learning in Assignment 01
Write a clear and logical description of:
A. Reflection of my errors
The first assignment is comprised of two separate elements. The opening part of the
research focused on a series of multiple-choice questions, while the following segment
explored a comprehensive review of literature related to the topic of plagiarism. I
achieved a score of 7 out of 10 on the multiple-choice examination. Ms. Nomvuyo
Bekwa made a mistake while assessing the multiple-choice questions. After
meticulously examining my mistakes, I attained a score of 9 out of 10. Following a
comprehensive examination of the lecture feedback, I have meticulously pursued the
answers. I regretfully acknowledge that I made a mistake in my response to question 10
of the multiple-choice section. I inadvertently chose option A rather than the correct
choice, which was B.
Section two was an utter failure. I faced challenges in grasping the assigned tasks, as I
depended exclusively on my individual interpretation to tackle the literature review. I
sincerely regret any mistakes I may have made in conveying relevant and important
information without proper citation. The introduction and background presented for the
topic lack depth, suggesting that further articles are necessary to improve the
coherence and thoroughness of the literature review. The variables were not clearly
defined or specifically identified. Furthermore, I perceived the clarification of my

satisfactory performance.

comprehension regarding the assignment, as I composed it based on my own

task. I exhibited inadequate time management skills, resulting in subpar
performance. A significant portion of the work was completed hastily, lacking a
comprehensive understanding of the task at hand and the necessary
requirements for the assignment. By actively engaging with peers and tutors,
actively participating in discussion forums, and diligently attending online
sessions, I have been able to enhance my comprehension of the requirements for
this assessment. In the future, I will make a conscious effort to seek clarification
whenever I encounter something I don't understand. I will not hesitate to ask for

Assignment 2 was based on 50 multiple choice questions. Nine of the questions I
answered incorrectly. The questions had a lot of similar options and statements to
choose from and was tricky which resulted my failure to identify those similarities
appropriately.

I incorrectly opted for option C for question 10, while the correct choice was option B.
I incorrectly opted for option D for question 19, while the correct choice was option A.

For the multiple-choice questions, I got 40 correct from the 50 questions. But there is an
error cause from the quiz navigation I got 9 incorrect which means I got 41 correct from
the 50 questions. The lecture did not provide any feedback where I was incorrect but
only the answer sheet to check the answers.

questions were asked as they were similar options and statements to choose from and
my failure to identify those similarities appropriately because I was not sure of the

There is a huge improvement and hope from assignment 2, I had to study hard and
follow the instructions given on myUnisa learning material to improve my performance.
The grades I got from assignment 1 motivated me to do better for assignment 2 to pass
this module. Reviewing the 9 incorrect responses and the corresponding correct
answers, and aligning them with the prescribed material, made me understand the
mistakes made.
