Just imagine, you are packing your gear for a camping trip. You’re
going to hike, sail, surf and of course explore a city. You must
pack your hiking shoes, aqua shoes, flip flops and of course your
normal city shoes. As you might have noticed, this is never going
to fit in one bag... I personally always ran into this while getting
ready for my trips.
My name is Jentl Vrakking and I am here to make the life of my
fellow travellers easier. From now on you only have to pack one
shoe: It is called TROPIC. It’s THE sneaker with 4-in-1 (four in one)
versatility/ variability. In different words: the shoe that goes
everywhere.
Midsection
It provides the benefits of aqua shoes, the comfort of sport shoes,
the technical outsole materials of hiking shoes, and the styling of
your favourite daily pieces. It’s made from 3D materials which
adapt to your feet. The shoe breaths and let the water go
through. It dries within minutes, weight less then 200 grams and
you can easily wash it in the washing machine. We also haven’t
used any animal products to produce this shoe what means it is
vegan friendly!
The cost for producing one shoe is 15 euros. We are planning to
sell the shoe for 60 euros, which gives us a profit of 75 percent.
The target group is not only travellers, but also people who just
want a comfortable shoe. And be honest, who doesn't want that?
We are planning to sell the shoes via internet. We are creating
our own website and we will advertise on social media and get a
few influencers involved. With their enthusiasm for the product it
will shoot true the roof. As we Dutch people would say. It means
that selling is going great.
Because, who doesn’t want a light shoe which you can use on
every soil type? We already have a group of fans that we call
Backers, because they back us up. We already pre sold thirteen
thousand shoes. So, you can say that there is potential. All I need
now is your help to get these shoes with their owners. Are you
ready?
