- The bike is available in WHS
➔ Pick & pack by going to the warehouse, picking it up and pack it in the box
➔ Post goods issue = shipping the product. From now on the product is not on our premises
anymore.
➔ 3 departments are involved: sales, logistics & finance

Sales process Wants to structure the interaction with the customer. The objective
is to dissipate orders from customers & deliver and invoice them, so
that we can earn some money.
Purchase process Focuses on a different set of actors that the company works with:
suppliers. Determine what you need and select right supplier is
