Corruption in health care poses a significant danger to the public welfare.It is widespread and yet, little has been published in medical journals about this topic and as of 2019 there is no evidence on what might reduce corruption in the health sector. First of all, the speaker must be self-confident. People won’t see how nervous you are. That is a must-have for any person who is to appear before public. Look confident, even if you don’t feel it. When speaking without confidence, people unconsciously change their tone, overly increase or decrease their volume of voice or move their body parts. This can be very noticeable to the audience and it leaves a bad impression. Self-confidence is the only solution to this difficulty. A self-confident speaker can seem more convincing and charming to the public. For those, who lack confidence, can practice the speech before a mirror or with a friend they are comfortable with. When you feel like you aren’t connecting with your attendees it can be extremely nerve-wracking. Secondly, the clarity of the message matters most. A speech should be easy to understand and audible. Professional jargon must be avoided along with terms which may cause confusion among masses. It is highly recommended that speech should be checked with experienced speakers for proofreading and recommendations. Mistakes should be avoided at all cost and there should not be any misleading or double meaning sentences in the speech. But if you’ve never given a speech before you may be worried about how to talk to an audience. Stand up and walk around as you practice out loud. Another important thing to keep in mind while speaking to the public should be the class of the audience to whom one has to address. Don’t memorize your speech or practice it word for word. For example, while addressing a group of businessmen, stress can be laid on economic activities and profits which will naturally appeal their attention. In simple terms, one has to address proper class and target their attention with proper language. Practice relaxation techniques in the days before your presentation. A naturally clean, elegant and professional look has a very positive impact on the audience. A well-dressed person with sophisticated color choices can have a long-lasting charm on the public. Color choices of the dress also matter a lot in this regard. In a professional environment, blue and brown are perceived as neutral colors. Hence, looks and appearances of dress or color choices can also have a healthy impact on speaking ability. Speaking to the public may seem difficult at first, but practice makes a man perfect. Good morning everyone present here, today I am going to give a speech on the impact of technology on our health. There is evidence indicating both the detrimental impacts of technology and its excessive use, even though some forms of technology may have improved the world. Social media and mobile gadgets may cause psychological problems as well as physical problems including eyestrain and trouble focusing on crucial tasks. Additionally, they might exacerbate more severe medical issues like depression. Children and teenagers who are still developing may be more negatively impacted by excessive usage of technology. The opposite was also accurate, though. Higher levels of despair and anxiety were observed in people who believed they engaged in more unfavorable social interactions online and who were more likely to engage in social comparison. A person can pay attention to technologies like mobile phones, computers, and handheld tablets for extended periods of time. Eye fatigue may result from this. The manner in which many individuals use their computers and mobile devices could possibly be contributing to poor posture. This could eventually result in musculoskeletal problems. Many technologies encourage users to adopt a “down and forward” posture, which involves hunching forward and gazing down at the screen. Love is a powerful force because it drives, directs, navigates, and gives meaning to our existence. While hate encourages loneliness, love forbids it. While hate undermines individuality, love strengthens it. Incredible acts of giving come from love, but aggressive behaviour comes from hatred.

Families are a blessing not everyone is fortunate enough to have. However, those who do, sometimes do not value this blessing. Some people spend time away from the family in order to become independent. However, they do not realize its importance. Families are essential as they help in our growth. They develop us into becoming a complete person with an individual identity. Moreover, they give us a sense of security and a safe environment to flourish in. We learn to socialize through our families only and develop our intellect. Studies show that people who live with their families tend to be happier than ones living alone. They act as your rock in times of trouble. Families are the only ones who believe in you when the whole world doubts you. Similarly, when you are down and out, they are the first ones to cheer you up. Certainly, it is a true blessing to have a positive family by your side. My family has been always by my side in ups and downs. They have taught me how to be a better person. My family consists of four siblings and my parents. We also have a pet dog that is no less than our family. Within each family member, lies my strength. My mother is my strength as I can always count on her when I need a shoulder to cry on. She believes in me more than any other person. She is the backbone of our family. My father is someone who will always hide away his troubles for the sake of his family. He has taught me the real meaning of strength. My siblings are my best friends on whom I can always fall back on. Even my pet dog has taught me the meaning of loyalty. He always cheers me up whenever I don’t feel good. My family is my power that keeps pushing me to achieve newer heights. In short, I will forever be indebted to my family for all they have done for me. I cannot imagine my life without them. They are my first teachers and my first friends. They are responsible for creating a safe and secure environment for me at home. I can share everything with my family as they never judge one another. We believe in the power of love above everything and that drives us to help each other to become better human beings.

Self-confidence can be defined as the belief in yourself and your abilities. It is basically freedom from doubt. It is not something that can be taught. It is something that we develop internally by ourselves. It is very important to live a healthy and happy life. Self-confidence is very useful and important to achieve goals and fulfil your wishes. Success comes to those who have a belief in their abilities. One cannot achieve his/her goal in life without self-confidence because a self-confident person is independent, eager, optimistic, loving and positive by nature The person who lacks self-confidence is totally opposite. He/she is isolated, inferior, depressed, confused and sensitive to criticism and failure. It does not mean that a confident person always gets success in life but he/she takes life challenges positively. They learn from their mistakes and keep trying to achieve better in life. There are various ways by which one can work on and improve his/her self confidence. Firstly, believe in yourself and learn to say what you feel. Most people face this problem of not saying ‘no’ to something they don’t like. It is important to say ‘no’ politely if you are not comfortable with something. Don’t feel guilty about it. There is nothing wrong with it. Another way to improve your self-confidence is to never preassume. Many people have this habit of preassuming the negative. For example, you are going to a drawing competition and you are nervous. Do not overthink it. You are chosen for this competition because you are good at drawing. Don’t let your negative preassumption shake your confidence. Setting realistic goals is a good practice to boost self-confidence. We should not set our goals too high or too low as both can affect your self-confidence badly. Too high goals make one under-confident as she/he may not be able to achieve and the too low goals can make one overconfident as one can achieve it easily. Keep on learning to achieve self-confidence. Learn from your past experiences. Self- confidence does not build in one day. Believe in yourself and keep trying.
