Revision notes on marriage in Family Law. Includes statistics, key statutes/cases, sociological views on marriage and explanation of the different types of marriage (i.e. void, voidable, non- marriage and same-sex marriages) Also includes a comparison of marriage v civil partnerships and marriage v cohabitation. These notes were used for final year LLB Law studies in which I achieved a high 2:1.

Revision notes on domestic violence in relation to Family Law. Includes statistics, definitions, key statutes/cases, explanations of non-molestation orders/occupation orders and the procedure for cases of domestic violence in criminal law. Also includes an extensive evaluation on the law regarding domestic violence which is helpful for exam questions, essays and dissertations. These notes were used for final year LLB Law studies in which I achieved a high 2:1.

Revision notes on cohabitation in relation to Family Law. Includes definitions/statistics, key statutes/cases and an explanation of trusts. These notes were used for final year LLB Law studies in which I achieved a high 2:1.

Revision notes on divorce in Family Law. Includes an explanation of the grounds for divorce, key statutes and cases and the bars to divorce. *these notes were written before the introduction of 'no fault divorce', however the notes are still useful for providing an introduction of divorce law and for essays on how the rules on divorce have changed. These notes were used for final year LLB Law studies in which I achieved a high 2:1.

Revision notes on the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Law. Includes an explanation of the rise of ADR and different forms of ADR, family justice review recommendations and a lot of evaluative points which are helpful for exam and essay questions.
