NR 324 Module 4 RUA Case Study 1 F.P. Jones is a 70 year old Caucasian male who came to the Emergency Room with complains of heart palpitations since yesterday evening. The patient states that “he feels like his heart is going to pop out of his chest.” Patient also complains of dyspnea, lightheadedness and fatigue. He also states that he has a history of pulmonary congestion, hypertension, atrial fibrillations and infective endocarditis.
