I got a first in the Land Law exam paper by only using these notes. This revision booklet consists of the following topics ONLY: Adverse Possession and Freehold title, Mortgages, Easements, Freehold Covenants, Unregistered Land, Registered Title. KEY statutes for each. PS: My favourite topics to revise were Adverse Possession, Easements & Freehold Covenants [although mortgages are very interesting]

By Far one of the most interesting But difficult topics i had done during this year, equity and trusts covers a lot of information and there is LOTS and LOTS of Case law to remember. I managed to secure a low 1st a mark of 72 Not my best exam however there was much more i could of wrote. One of the most interesting and brilliant taught modules of the Law - Employment Law notes which consist of the main sections such as Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy Discrimination Claims and others With these notes i managed to get one of my best results of a 79 mark a really good 1st. And hope you also make sure to include each bit of detail

This essay discusses the differences and similarities between ‘Satisfactory quality’ and ‘Fitness for purpose’ in the context of UK Commercial Law. This is supported by examinations of their intrinsic and extrinsic qualities, how the particular purpose of the goods is taken into account, and the extent to which reliance upon the seller’s skill and judgment is reasonable. This essay is concluded by judgment upon economic issues surrounding such concepts in the field of commercial sales.
