Thyroid Neoplasm includes benign adenomas and malignant cancers (papillary, follicular, medullary, and anaplastic carcinoma). Patients usually present with a painless thyroid nodule or neck swelling, sometimes with hoarseness or enlarged lymph nodes. Diagnosis is by thyroid function tests, ultrasound, and fine-needle aspiration (FNA), and treatment depends on the type, usually involving surgery with or without radioactive iodine.

Esophageal Cancer is a malignant tumor of the esophagus, commonly associated with smoking, alcohol use, chronic reflux, and Barrett esophagus. It typically presents with progressive dysphagia, weight loss, and chest discomfort. Diagnosis is by endoscopy with biopsy, and prognosis is often poor due to late presentation.

Benign lesions of the esophagus are non-cancerous growths or abnormalities that do not invade surrounding tissues or metastasize. Common examples include esophageal polyps, leiomyomas (the most common benign tumor), cysts, and papillomas. They may cause dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), chest discomfort, regurgitation, or may be discovered incidentally during endoscopy. Diagnosis is usually made by endoscopy and imaging studies, and treatment depends on the size, symptoms, and type of lesion.

Salivary gland pathology includes inflammatory, obstructive, and neoplastic disorders of the salivary glands. Common conditions are sialadenitis, salivary stones, and tumors. Patients may present with swelling, pain, dry mouth, or a glandular mass, depending on the underlying cause.

Oral Ulcer is a painful break in the lining of the mouth caused by trauma, infection, nutritional deficiencies, stress, or systemic diseases. It presents with painful sores that may interfere with eating and speaking and usually heal within 1–2 weeks.

Pancreatic Cancer is a highly aggressive cancer, usually arising from the pancreatic ducts. Risk factors include smoking, chronic pancreatitis, diabetes, and increasing age. It commonly presents with painless jaundice, weight loss, abdominal pain, and has a poor prognosis due to late diagnosis.
