All feminists recognise the existence of the patriarchy - Socialist feminists think this would create 
the biggest dent in the so called patriarchy of male dominance. 
Simone De Beauvoir noted how men dominated economic life, limiting the life choice of women 
men use the home to recover from being exploited at the workplace
