Abstract
Christian leaders should possess a comprehensive knowledge of the evidence offered to
arrive at the utmost rational and conscientious decisions for the benefit of their organizations.
Within this paper, these approaches will show that the utilization of data is applicable throughout
all stages of an organization and across multiple sectors, facilitating decision-making based on
data. A Christian leader is capable of developing suitable business processes which reflect the
interests of stakeholders and foster a workplace environment that reflects the servant mindset of
all those who contribute to the organization. According to Blocher et al., (2022), when
principles are incorporated into these frameworks, companies are prompted to go beyond
traditional metrics and embrace the principles of equality, stewardship, and long-term
sustainability. Accordingly, the incorporation of Biblical principles into organizational structures
provides a captivating method by which knowledge can be used to influence and improve
contemporary management approaches via these initiatives. A Christian leader may develop an
objective and mission which directs the organization with moral and successful principles.
Through this, those making choices will uphold Christian ideals, so ensuring the organization's
prosperity. While empowering Christian leaders to utilize biblical principles and data analytics
in decision-making.
