I'm hired I would start by being an hour early before flight to check emergency
equipment and attend the briefing with the caption. Than I would help

Work experience with dealing with anger customers, how did you handle it?—
Answer: I had an angry customer at Panera bread he was mad because his
food didn't come out quick enough. So he started yelling at me that his food
was supposed to come out 5 minutes ago. I didn't take it personally while he
was yelling at me on the register. I focused on finding a solution so I went into
the back and asked what was taking so long and a lady pick up the wrong
order. So they had to start all over they were almost done. So I went into the
front and I let him know. I expressed my sympathy for his unpleasant
experience. I apologize and offered him a free pastry.
Most challenging part of being a Flight Attendant, and how would you handle
it?— Answer: I have to get used to Jet Lag after a long flight and take a short
nap instead of over sleeping so I can adjust my time clock. So I can get used to
the various hours of a Flight Attendant because I am used to working 9-5 jobs
so it's just a matter of getting used to.
Coming in contact with a lot of passengers who have colds because I don't get
sick very often. I have to take extra care of my self so I can stay healthy.

Answer: My current job relates to being a Flight Attendant because majority of

the time I work alone so focus is mostly on building a relationships with the

Main responsibility of a Flight Attendant?— Answer: The main responsibility
of a Flight Attendant is to care for all passengers including the ill and injured.
By reacting quickly to emergency situations and ensuring that the passengers
are safe and calm. That their well educated on the safety requirements.
Name a time you were disrespect?— Answer: When I worked at Panera Bread
there was a man that got mad at me because I put a bagel in the bagel cutter
and it flew out on to the floor. He made a comment about how I didn't know
how to do my job. I didn't take it personality, I got him his food and explained
to him how I was new. That my boss did say that the bagel cutter was old and
does what it wants. He understood and apologized for his comment.
What do you say to someone that wants to sit with their family?(seat dispute)
among two passengers?— Answer: If they had tickets I would guide the
passengers to their right seats. If not I would try my best to fulfill their request
and see if another passengers is willing to swap seats. If that's not possible see if
they can sit In the same aisle at least.
What previous sales experience do you have?— Answer: I have sales
experience at my current job I properly inform customers on products ensuring
that their satisfied while boosting sales by up selling products.
