Nurses are some of our most essential
workers, and a career as a nurse will be
rewarding, challenging, and exciting.
Nurses are responsible for ongoing health
management of their patients, and they
work collaboratively with doctors to ensure
patients get the care they need.
Far from a 'back-up' career, nursing is a
profession in it's own right and will give you
the opportunity to expand your horizons and
build a deep skillset.
You'll need strong interpersonal skills,
patience and empathy, and resilience, as
well as academic skills and medical
knowledge.

about if a career in nursing is right for you.
If you want to take it further, you'll be able
to learn about pathways, registration, and
courses, and start to build a pathway to
