Working With Substance Adducts as Target Group
All-Pro Behavioral Health Services is a social work agency whose main mission is to
cater for those persons who are in some way affected or involved with substance use disorders.
Consistent with the foundational mission, the organization provides rehabilitation and assistance
in finding personal employment and residential opportunities for clients to promote successful
recovery. Some of the aims are to decrease the likelihood of recurrent substance abuse, enhance
mental and physical state, and restore relationships and financial stability for patients. Another
important principle of the All-Pro Behavioral Health Services is its focus on trauma, which has a
high likelihood of being present in most of the addicts who come to the center. Further, it
campaigns for changes in the perceptions of society related to addictive behaviors and focuses
not on punitive measures but on the need for the reformulation of addiction as a public health
issue. All-Pro Behavioral Health Services brings clinical competence and social justice in an
attempt not only to change the lives of people individually but also to prevent people’s
generational mistakes of substance use disorders. The following model shows what could be
achieved by linking personal recovery with the growth of structural reform for change.

At the center of this concept is the fundamental standard of practice that encompasses
core global values that social workers have to use to engage with the clientele (Kievišienė,
2022). This makes human dignity and worth very important because every person must be valued
and deserve to be treated in a respectable manner notwithstanding their history or past
