In this part, there are two essential goals mentioning together with the explanation of the reasons
why they are chosen. Clear description of the learning goals is mentioned by formulating SMART.
It is connected with the development forms which based on the teachers and classmates’
feedback during the first two years at school.

The pace of change in the life of human beings has increased beyond our wildest
expectations over the last half century. It is an inescapable fact of life, and it is vital that
we need to constantly adapt to keep pace with it. The mindset that “change to get better”
is a good assumption, together with specified goals, it helps to keep individuals on track.
Learning Goal 1:
As mentioning in my Future Essay and Progress report in year 2, before starting my
internship, I will continue to pursue my goals connect them to the four important values of
