Lesson Presentation
Introduction / Set Induction (5 minutes)
Teacher asks: “What is the last story you read or heard, and what was it about?” A few
learners share answers. The teacher then introduces the day’s passage, giving a short
background without revealing the ending. Curiosity is stimulated by asking: “What do you
think will happen in this story?”
Development / Main Teaching Activities (20 minutes)
Activity 1: Guided Reading (10 minutes)
• Teacher reads the passage aloud while learners follow.
• Learners then take turns reading in pairs, focusing on fluency and pronunciation.
• Teacher highlights unfamiliar vocabulary and writes them on the board.
